James Riddle asked what RAM chips are required for the Apple gs one meg
RAM expansion card.

I recently bought a used gs RAM card (to extract the chips for placement
onto a IIe card).

The code on these chips is as follows:

TMS 4256-12NL    (256 chips, with 120 nsec speed)

The eight RAM chips that are socketed to the board are:
