Videx 80 Column Card HELP!!!

Hi!

Does anybody know, how the characters are stored in the character rom
of a videx 80 column card? For example: which bytes of the rom contain
the bit-patterns for the character "A"?

I've tried all the obvious combinations (really!), but cannot recognize a
pattern. Any help is appreciated!

P.S.: The videx 80 column card was designed for the Apple ][+.
