where to find a new copy program

what is the latest version of copy ][+
I have a very old version and would like to get a newer one
can it be purchased or is there a better chose
and is there a ftp site to get parm files for copy ][+
I bought geos but I will not use it untill I can copy it
has anyone worked with this program it look like it has to boot off a 5.25
to get a signature of track 0 it would be nice if it would boot off the harddiskit looks like it might be good to have on a //e but I have not started it up yet
I do not like programs that write back to the masters and can not be copyed
if it did not write to the masters I might be able to live with it
but being able to run on a HD without having to find the floppy is better

is there a ftp site with mods to move the old programs and games to HD
most of the ones I have work on dos 3.3 but not prodos
I have had 2 5.25 drives die on me and the #3 is going
I am if I could move more of my old stuff to prodos I think I would not 
kill the 5.25 drives so often
I think there is a program that will make prodos look like dos 3.3
is this on a ftp site or is it a $$$ program
and if it not on a ftp site where can it be purched??
