Nope, "inCider/A+" no longer exists.  I believe Quality Computers
purchased the subscription list, and they're now sending "II Alive" to
former inCider/A+ readers.  BTW, they're the largest place to get Apple //
software from now.  Here's some info about them from the FAQ:
