As I remember from the information posted about AppleWorks 4.0 on AOL, it
will have UltraMacros (and maybe TimeOut) built in, as well as lots of
other cool stuff.

Keep in mind that Quality Computers is also now the home of the entire
Beagle Bros. product line, including UltraMacros and TimeOut.  In fact,
the same people from Beagle that worked on AppleWorks 3.0 and TimeOut are
creating AW 4.0.  It's going to be great!
