I'm not familiar with this card.  My guess is that it goes in the IIe
Auxiliary Slot (in place of an Extended 80-column card).

Memory cards in the auxiliary slot are not automatically recognised by
ProDOS (it thinks they are a standard 64k memory card, giving the IIe
128k in total).  ProDOS automatically creates a /RAM volume of 127
blocks (63.5k) if you have an extended 80-column card or memory card
in the auxiliary slot.

To set up a larger RAM disk, you need to replace ProDOS's built-in RAM
disk driver with a modified version which supports multiple auxiliary
memory banks.

You should have received a disk with the memory card which includes
this software.


By comparison, a RAM card in a standard slot will automatically be
recognised by ProDOS, and you will be able to use the entire card as a
RAM disk.  (This is due to slot-based RAM cards having a ROM, which
includes a ProDOS device driver.  This is not possible with auxiliary
slot RAM cards.)
