Dennis, I am using slot 7 for my HS SCSI Card, and also have cards in the other slots, like Jack Mortimer said be sure to put something between the cards sl they will not touch. I am using a cardboard cut out the size of the card, and have had no problems for 5 years now. If the cards should touch you could have a short and blow something on one of the cards. Ernie
