Eureka! Symbolix $02 Bad

Ok, I give up......

I simply don't know what happen to part $02.  Every time I upload it,
it's corrupted.  I'm using the same method I did to upload all the other
16 segments, $00 $01 $03-$10, but only part $02 gets corrupted.  I see
no reason for this phenomena.

However, I've uploaded a shk version to ccosun.caltech.edu.  Perhaps
someone could produce a binscii version of part $02 and post it to cba2
instead.  I don't think I should try again.....
