AutoMenus 3.0b7 is on cco.caltech.edu as pub/apple2/uploads/automenus.shk
There is also automenus.about, as follows:

AutoMenus is a control panel that eases the use of the system menu bar.
Menus fall down when the cursor is placed on them. You do not need to
drag - just click your selection.
This is version 3.0.b7, nearly a complete rewrite from 2.0 and much more
reliable and compatible.

It should be available in GEnie's A2 by now.
I will put it in comp.sys.binaries within the next week, probably tonight.
