Undeleting HFS subdirectory?

Hi,
	How do you undelete a subdirectory on a HFS partition on the HD?  I was
in GSHK unGSHKing files (generally cleaning up all the stuff I've gathered over
the past year or so) and I accidently deleted the whole directory... ;-(  I
don't really want to bring my HD over to a Mac to undelete it, but if I have
to, is there any freewares out there that will do it for the Mac?  And how will
I have to make my HFS partition recognisable?  (I've followed the threads
faithfully, but still don't quite understand it... :-()
	Another question, with the driver for the Apple5.25disk enabled, will
there be any instance where only ONE Apple5.25 icon (A) shows up?  I was in
GSHK, went into CDA and deleted files, did a directory, only one 5.25 drive
showed up, when I quit back into Finder, found only one 5.25 drive icon.  Is
that normal?
