MS-DOS TT Fonts to GS

There is a utility to convert MS-DOS Truetype fonts to Mac Truetype
fonts available as Shareware on the Mac. I seem to recall it being
called TTConvert. It can convert both directions, all you need to then
do is copy the files to the appropriate format disk when finished.
