I notice that many (all?) of the .pdf files seem to stall at the end of
the download for about 10-30 seconds, then something "gives up" and
considers the transfer complete. This only happens when "opening" the
.pdf file, not when downloading it to disk.
I've never seen this behavior before. (Using MSIE 70 & Adobe plug-in)
