If you have a TransWarp, even if it was working before, pull it out.
Then use the ROM utils on the RAMFast (hold down 0 when you bootup) and
turn off DMA and TransWarp and ROMDisk.  If you still get error 0C,
the card is toast.  I just had the same problem a few days ago when I got
my board from LRO (they live to sell me bad parts).  I emailed with a CVTech
tech guy on GEnie and he told me the above.
