Problem with GS ShrinkIt!!!

I recently have been having a major problem unpacking with GS ShrinkIt.
It's the latest version. It seems that in the last few days everything
that I downloaded from a FTP site has a problem. They all unpack well in
GSCII+. Then when I go to finish the unpacking the program with GSHK,
everything goes wrong. Either it will say below the title bar in the
unshrinking window that the file is damaged. Sometimes it won't say that.
But everything that I have downloaded in the last few days is damaged.
GSHK says that all of the compressed data has not be decompressed. So I
can't finish unpacking the program. So I have a few questions:

1. Is there something wrong with my computer, GSHK, or GSCII+?
2. Is there something wrong with my terminal program for my modem?
3. We're the files uploaded damaged on the FTP site?
4. What can I do to fix this problem?

Also I have this game Bouncing Bluster that I found. A few years ago I
tried to run it and I couldn't. Well I am back at it again. Right now it
loads a little and a gray window with a red arrow for the mouse appears and
the screen says "Operating system error: $0044. Path not found" What can
I do to make it load all the way to the title screen? I have these Apple
System Disk versions: 3.1, 5.04, and 6. The only one that I can this
screen on is with the 3.1 version.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm very frustrated with GSHK
right now. I could use any help available.
