     No, there's no way to make it not come up, because it _is_ a good
thing to have your RAM disk be fully-allocated at startup time (the ROM 3
enforces this by only having a "Select RAM Disk Size" item, no min/max).
I won't go into the boring details, but GS/OS really wasn't designed to
handle disks that say that are, for example, 800K in size, have 80K free,
but yell "I'm full!" when you write 8K (as is the case if the RAM disk
can't expand since memory is full). It's a good idea to set both minimum
and maximum to the same size, and the new RAM5 driver enforces it (it also
made writing a driver that works on both ROM 1 and ROM 3 a lot easier,
faster, and smaller).
