To address the "how to use free tools" question I did a quick and dirty 
port of System09 to CB. Sources posted.

It's a soft 6809 CPU running a monitor program. A little more work 
needed to run Flex9 OS.

This is NOT a Mill Stellation clone - it doesn't share Apple's memory 
but runs 12.5 times faster.
