    If it puts your mind more at rest, all the chips that Terry bought
for our group purchase (a dozen or more of them) easily made the
12.5 MHz mark at 5 volts.  Mine was rated at 12.8 MHz at 5V and 13.5 MHz
at 5.25V.  I know, these are supposed to be "14 MHz" parts, but you
won't hear me complaining.  ;-)
