Mac->GS Newbie Transfer ?

Ok, I have a newbie question for the GS'ers around here.  I haven't been able
to find the FAQ, so I'll just ask here.

I have downloaded a bunch of files from FTP sites to a Mac.  Now I want to
put them on floppies, and install the files on a GS.  I know some of the files
are .shk or .bsc format, but the GS I'll be installing onto has the GSHK 
program that will decompress those files.

My question is, what do I have to do so that the files will transfer from Mac
to GS ok?
