I don't know if the program is still available, but I'll check today at work.
The company at which I reside during the daylight hours is Follett Software
Company (if you haven't hear of us, it's because we're vertical market:
library software), and we sold LifeSaver to our customers to help recover
damaged data disks of some of our early applications. Those apps were Apple
DOS 3.3, and LifeSaver DOES work well on those disks; and not too badly on
ProDOS 5.25s, either. (But it can't handle 3.5 disks.)
The only version that I've ever seen is 2.0, as I have 3 or 4 copies of it at
my desk.
