Start at the beginning.

Do you really mean Word Processor, or do you just mean sometime to use to
edit text?

By text editor, I mean something comperable to micro emacs (out there for
the IIgs), FreeWriter, FrEDWriter, etc.

As for word processor, I don't know if there is anything.  The closest that
I would consider might be the freely distributable version of AppleWriter,
patched to handle the IIgs or II series.
