][e/c AUTOSTART and APPLESOFT ROMs

I'm in need of the old Apple ][e/c AUTOSTART and APPLESOFT ROMs... I thought
I could pull that out of my ][gs, but looks like that stuff was completely
rewritten, maintaining the starting addresses of some of the monitor routines,
but making use of some 65816 opcodes...  I need the original ROM code, using
ONLY 6502 opcodes.  Anybody know where I can legally get those files?  I need
the data in the address range $d000 to $ffff.

In case you're curious, I'm trying to put together the UNIX Apple ][ emulator
off wuarchive and I plan to expand it to make use of Xwindows to support thev
various graphics modes and to make it run like a ][e (supporting the bank
switching, DHR, etc).  Sounds pointless?  It probably it, but I'm sorta bored
right now, so what the heck.
