NuLib archiver (was Re: ProTerm 3.0 Problem... Help!)

Indeed, NuLib should work under MS-DOS.

I haven't tried compiling it, but after looking at the nudefs.h file
in the archive, it seems to have support for MS-DOS.  The only
requirements is that you manually change a couple of #define's in the
file, and that you have a C compiler.
