Can/Does this issue of RE also describe how to use the GS monitor as a screen
for a VCR output (NTSC)?  I'm assuming that the "multi adapter" on the SNES is
not NTSC (since "pin outs" doesn't apply to RCA jacks).  Better yet, can
anyone point me in the proper direction for making such a NTSC-to-RGB
converter?  Would something like this be cheap to make (say, under $100)?
