Dunno which is the best ( I vote for RamFAST ), but RamFAST is the fastest
card for sure.
RamFAST 256k is about $170, 1mb just over $200. Apple High-Speed SCSI is
about $100.
The cache RAM on the RamFAST can only be used by RamFAST. Which one to get
depends on how much speed you need/want and how much are you willing to
pay.
Both are good buys.
