Well it _doesn't_ include a power supply, but if you want a controller
for your Vulcan, the Turbo IDE card is supposed to be able to handle
_any_ IDE mechanism and can have two drives attached to it.

I assume you sold your original power supply? :|

BTW, if you want a Vulcan _controller_card_ with the Gold 40 ROM, let
me know (email).
