You shouldn't need to add any more solder -- just touch the tip of a
hot soldering iron to the "points" and re-melt the existing solder back
in good. Be careful though, I have a 15W iron, and scorched the surrounding
varnish a bit.
More recently I had another disturbing incident with my ADB keyboard:
The traces on the circuit where the RETURN key attached literally pulled
away from board and broke free (I guess I pound down too hard on my key-
board, sometimes). The good news is I was able to fix it with some thin
braided wire and some patience threading it to the proper neighboring
keys.
