        It was a typo mistake. Turns out that File Extenter only works
        with INITs locate in the SYSTEM/SYSTEM.SETUP folder.

        It not the crash that I'm aware of, it is the 'Edit Attribute'
        menu. Under System 6.0.1 the FilyType list is incomplete. Just
        try IconEd 2.0 under System 6.0 then 6.0.1 and you'll see.
