My ZipGS is in slot 4.  If you remember, they advertised that it could go 
in either slot 3 or 4, but when I got mine it had a REAL short cable.  
All I had to do was call Zip and I got a longer cable within a week.

BTW, someone on GEnie had a custom cable made and has his Zip in slot 6!
