Ram simm's which board ?

I know this has been asked before,.... but I forgot. :(

I've got a bunch off old Mac sim's (the 256K ones) 
The sim's are the type with SMD memory chips, 8 chips, 256kbit each.

I remember that you can place them on a II GS memory card, but I forgot the
name of that thing.

Anyone ? Is there a FAQ about memory cards and memory chips you can
use in your II GS ?
