Well, actually, you wanted COMP.SYS.MAC.xxxxx and not COMP.SYS.APPLE2.xxxx.

But at any rate, BinHex 4.0 is available via anonymous FTP at almost
any site which carries Mac stuff.  There is ftp.apple.com, umich.edu,
and a large number of other locations.  I would definitely, though,
go over to the COMP.SYS.MAC areas. :)
