Heh, I just figured out the TM and BM.  My assumption was correct, the
TM and BM are now correct, thanks to the Perf. Skip.

Question 2 still stands.  I can't seems to figure it out.

New question:

3. What should I use for the PRINTER CODE?  The default is
CONTROL I 80N.  I've tried leaving it and having no printer code,
and I didn't see any difference.  So for now, it's back to CTRL I 80N.
