Re: Zoom Modems? (was Re: Apple ][ still alive?)

I have 2 VFX 14.4 modems and the one time I needed to call Zoom I got
the answers I needed and also was told of a ROM upgrade which were sent to
me. I guess problems can be with any company, just look at the complaints
you read about Apple dealers and even Apple's telephone support.
