- Summary: Need help eith FTPing
I posted tuesday about FTPing, and have had no problens with the files I
got from mac.archive.umich.edu. But today, I got a message from someone
about cco.caltech.edu, and I got 2 files: pt31demo.shk and gsunzip20.shk.
since I've gotten .SHK files in text before, I tried that first. gsunzip
showed 1 file, but when I went to unarchive it, it gave an error (not CRC,
so I doubt it was transfer), and ProTerm 3.1 couldn't be recognized. I
then went back and binary FTPed both again, binary kermited, and got the
same responses. WHAT AM I MESSING UP?
