Extended KeyBoard Init wanted

[bellaire@cs.tulane.edu (TV's St. Steve)]

I just downloaded HotKeys 1.1 from cco.caltech and in the docs it mentions 
another init which properly maps the rest of the function keys on an extended 
keyboard.  Does anyone know where this can be downloaded (it's by Bill Tudor)
or if there are other inits out there that do the same thing?  Thanks in 
advance for the info.
