There are a couple of options.  The easiest depends on which version of
MS-Works you have.  I know that MS-Works 3.0 for the Mac will read
AppleWorks files directly.  Just get them on a 3.5 disk, run through
Apple File Exchange, and load away. 

Option 2 requires a bit more work.  Print your AppleWorks spreadsheet to
disk as a DIF format file.  Then import the DIF file into the MS-Works
spreadsheet.
