    The custom printer doesn't quite go far enough in some instances.  I
have yet to find a decent setup for my Canon BJ-10ex, even in Epson LQ
emulation mode.  Does anyone have one (anybody from NAUG here?) 
AppleWorks always seems to send out one particular code before starting
a print job.  On my printer, a capital "A" appears at the top of the
page, misaligning the first line.  To fix this I have to issue a "Reset
Printer" command at the beginning of each document, and that means I
need to manually insert a top margin and header for the first page. 
Things like double-wide and double-high don't work too well either since
AppleWorks is not aware of the change in size of the font.  Proportional
printing is also a hassle since AppleWorks expects ImageWriter II
spacing.  The result is a very jagged right margin.  Full justification
does not seem to work either (no microspacing).  Does NAUG have a
solution for this?
