ALS "The CP/M Card" help

Does anyone have any documentation for the CP/M card produced by
ALS/DRI called "THE CP/M Card"? This card is a 6Mhz Z80 with 64k
of its own ram. It runs a bank-switched version of CP/M Plus
(CP/M 3.0) on an apple ][ or better. I have the standard documentation,
but I don't have the programming manuals.
I am trying to get a version of kermit (or any other comm
package) to run on this machine. Kermit fails when it tries to
get the auxin: status, the bios call never returns. It is not
kermit's error, this call just doesn't work. I could write a
replacement for the bios call but I am missing a piece of information.
CP/M plus has remapped the 6502 memory locations for the peripherial
cards in bank 0 (not unlike how the microsoft softcard functions).
Can anyone tell me how the memory is remapped for this system?
The only documentation I have shows the periprerial cards in a low
area of bank 0, but it is not at the same location as when I
peek at the cards from basic under prodos (or I misunderstand how
to look at memory in bank 0.)
I would appreciate any advice, copies of manual pages, offers
of manuals for sale, etc.
