     No, you can't assume that (and it's not true). Resource Central, as
the official APDA-ish source for Apple II products shares a slightly
different relationship with Apple, and thus doesn't go through software
licensing to obtain products. They are fully justified to be selling 6.0.1
now, before other licensed distributors receive it.
