     What version are you using??  Version 2.1 is plenty GS/OS friendly,
I even had it running under "The Manager Demo" and the "Switch-It Demo"
just fine.

     I really hate the way some people dog WordPerfect GS, since it is still
(IMHO) the best word processor for the GS.  It's single biggest drawback is
it doesn't use Fonts.  But for writing those 50-page term papers, it is
still THE only program which I have gotten to work without crashing or
otherwise screwing up my document.
     However, I will concede that the AppleWorks (Classic) 3.0 WP is very
mice, especially with the spell-checker utility.  Only ProDOS, though.
