Agreed!

My description was a little vague.  What I actually meant to say was
that the source and destination regions for MVN and MVP may not
straddle a bank boundary (the move will wrap around to the start of
the bank), but you can copy from one bank to another (which is pretty
obvious, since the instruction operands are the destination and source
banks!)
