Using GS Monitor on a Mac

Can I connect the Apple RGB monitor I have on my Apple IIGS to a
Mac Centris?

Our brilliant secretary managed to forget to order a monitor for my
Centris!  And our government bureaucrats have determined that it's
preferable to leave a computer languishing in a closet rather than
correct an error before the end of the fiscal year!
