Power Supplies

I went a little nuts at an auction and ended up coming home with
an Apple IIe (not extended). It has a disk II and controller, as well
as an extended 80 column card. The only problem is that
a) it's missing a power supply (what's a good price for one of
these?)
b) I'd like to beable to download software from Internet to my PC
(I run both DOS and Linux [a UNIX clone]). Is there a program
that will allow me to convert files that I grab from Internet to
the proper disk format for the apple???

My last experience with one of these was back about 10 years ago.
I'm ready to get Apple works up and running again... :)
