Orca/M bug MVN & MVP?

Whenever I compile with these commands such as:

     lda #$0ffe
     ldy #$2000
     ldx#$1000
     mvp $01,$01

The compiled code never keeps the 01 and 01 in the MVP instruction.
I always get:  44 00 00 for instead of 44 01 01.  What's the deal?
