What is the part no. for superdrive controller card?

G'day.
	A few days ago I faxed the only remaining Apple 2 deadler in this part
of the world (south-eastern New South Wales/Australian Capital Territory) and
asked them for price quotes on the 1.44Mb superdrive controller card for the
//e.  Unfortunately, they hadn't heard of it.  Would any-one out there who
owns such a controller card please send me its Apple part number and the full
name ascribed to it by Apple.
