well... I can't say about 1) .. except that MECCO did one (very nice, too) at least four years ago.
2) Appleworkgs is NOT a word processing program... and I think it will take
more than a few bug fixes to make it worth owning. Try GraphicWriter III -
I suppose it's really a DTP, but works fine as a word processor - (or you
can use one of the fine NDA's (Shadowwrite, EGOed (if you subscribe)...)
Heck, I still ue Applewriter 2.1!
3) I dunno what you want in a term program, but if you own a GS, I can't
recommend ANSIterm strongly enough. THere is a lot of complaining going
around that it's not true 16 bit (so what?). It is far and away the
FASTEST softwear I've seen, when it coes to file transfer, supports
true ANSI graphics, VT100, etc - all without dropping a character.
Or - I suppose you demand a desktop program... why?
I'm done now. Flame away... I've got the A/C set to antarctic..
