Well, I was the one who put the list together. I sent it along with a 
letter to AE requesting that they produce another batch. So far it seems 
that the letter has been ingored. I had at least hoped for a response 
positive or negative, but not even a peep from them.

Amongst the 30 people I had on the list, two were looking into the 
possibility of burning the set themselves. This seems to be the most 
realistic approach at this time.
