ROM and VGC upgrades are free from an Apple dealer. They are required to
do this for you. If they refuse, call the "Dealer Tattletale Hotline",
an 800-number service provided by Apple to keep their dealers in line.
Save your cash for a 4MB Sequential memory board and a hard drive :)
