Zip 2.04x

Does anyone happen to have the programming specs for the new ZIP format? I
believe the latest format is 2.04c or something like that.  If anyone has it,
or knows where it is, please let me know, or just stick it up on some FTP site
and I'll go pick it up.  Thanks!!
