I believe someone a little while back asked about an internet address
for Quality computers.  I believe the response was that they had one:
@pro-quality.cts.com.  They didn't give any userid's to email to , but
I'd think "root" or perhaps "tech" would work.

You might try getting a hold of them this way and asking them politely
if they'd be more cooperative.
