Before you can start running FutureVision, it would probably be a good idea
to get METAL up and running on it's own. From there, all you have to do is
unpack FutureVision and make a few changes to METAL's configuration file.

My suggestion is to get the METAL Qwikstart archive from....

babbage.cba.csuohio.edu /pub/metal/packed/met.qwikstart

This is designed to unpack and fit on an 800K disk. It is setup to run on a GS
and will boot into a "work shell" for METAL. With 1 change to the
configuration file (*/METAL.CONFIG) it will run on a IIE. (All changes and
other instructions are included in the Read Me files.)

Once you get this set up to your liking, you can then copy the files onto your
hard disk and start installing FutureVision.

This does not look like any normal error code that METAL will return. And you
aren't telling me WHERE the error is occuring. Is it occuring before the
startup screen? After? Is a little dialog box poppin up and beeping at you?

Before I can help you, I need to know EXACTLY where the error is happening
and EXACTLY what the error message is.

Please re-post that information and I'll better be able to help you out.
